EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY

An employee engagement or satisfaction survey identifies strengths and employee concerns and then builds workforce commitment and advocacy and preserves and grows human capital.


A German multi- national asked Core Measures to complete an employee engagement survey for 200 staff.

They were so happy with the detailed reports they then requested Core Measures to conduct the same survey in 7 locations in three countries, in different languages on-site and online.

The senior management presentation highlighted overall strengths, a comparison with all sites and areas of concern which they were immediately able to work on.

Employees received a report too and were pleased that management were prepared to listen and make the changes staff felt were needed for a more satisfied and productive workforce

Deliverables


Core Measures will generate a report electronically and in hardcopy. The report will provide an executive summary, findings i.e. respondents' thoughts on work-life perceptions supported by tables and graphs, detailed statistics, demographic analysis and Core Measures conclusions and recommendations.

Core Measures can present an interpretive summary to a broad level of management with key findings, conclusions and recommendations and answer all questions.
