Services We Provide
Our major area of specialisation is human resource system development backed up by our principal consultant’s involvement in over 70 such interventions. In particular, most of our work is in competency development and performance management. This is because we believe that a competency-based human resource system is the most logical, efficient and effective way of managing human capital.

Performance Management Design
We believe that a business plan is of limited use unless the organisation’s strategic focus is translated to individual accountability. We are skilled at all aspects of Performance Management development and can work with you in system auditing, design, training and linkage to rewards.

In addition, we provide strategic focus support with business planning and the balanced scorecard strategy mapping process to determine a dashboard of metrics to guide current and future performance.

Competency Development

Potential Assessment

We discuss with you a variety of approaches towards potential assessment. These vary from tests in critical thinking to behavioural styles to perception analysis e.g., 360-degree multi-rater feedback, potential appraisal discussion (PAD) and diagnostic analysis via assessment centres.

Leadership Development
